Every price below is a real price — the same numbers our booking calculator uses. Prices include the first two bathrooms and are based on the size and condition of your home.

Half bathrooms count as half of an extra bathroom. Finished basements and carpet cleaning are priced separately in the calculator.
Recurring discounts
A Cleaning Subscription is simply your home cleaned on repeat — weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly. The first visit is extra-thorough, and every visit after that is discounted 5–15% for staying on the schedule.

Discounts apply to every visit after the extra-thorough first clean (a one-time $50), so staying on a schedule pays that back within a few visits. No contract — pause, skip or cancel any time from your account.
How condition affects price
A home that hasn't been cleaned in a while takes longer, so the calculator adjusts.

No surprise price changes
Your quoted price is based on the property information, service selections and condition you provide during booking. If the home's actual size, condition or cleaning requirements are materially different, we'll discuss any change to the scope or price with you before additional work begins. You will never receive a surprise price increase after the work is finished.
Cancellations and changes
- Reschedule, skip or cancel free in your account up to 24 hours before your arrival window.
- Inside 24 hours, a $50 late-change fee covers the time your cleaner held for your home.
- If we can't get in when we arrive, the visit is billed as a lockout at the full visit price.
- Recurring plans have no contract — pause or cancel any time from your account.
